for the second of our regional french wine dinners, we head in to the northern rhône valley. the wines here have a style that is distinct from the southern rhône: the climate is that bit cooler, the landscape greener and the wine production more limited. we are on the realms of fine wine here.

we are going to take a trip through some of the best known appellations in france: crozes-hermitage, côte-rotie, saint joseph & condrieu. the wines will be world class and our food will take us in to classic french country cooking to match. we look forward to sharing this together.

back by popular demand! we will be hosting trisha power again after her last sold-out flower workshop. trisha is a local flower farmer and florist. she grows her flowers just blocks from gia and her arrangements grace our space week on week. she has a natural, elegant and whimsical style which we love.

with valentine’s day in mind, we will be learning how to create a beautiful flower arrangement to adorn your home or gift on. bring a valentine or a galentine and come and enjoy creating!

as usual, tickets include a glass of house wine or prosecco, an assortment of cheese, charcuterie and nibbles from the gia kitchen, a large modern flower vessel and all the premium florals you need to make a beautiful floral arrangement.
