We are excited to announce our first Spanish wine dinner. Taking the portfolio of El Grupo La Rioja Alta, one of the most prestigious wineries in Rioja, as our base, we will explore four important wine regions: Rioja Alta & Alavesa, Rías Baixas and Ribero del Duero.

This will be an interesting and varied tasting taking in delicate Cava, Albariño from Galicia, a range of Riojas from the entry level Crianza to the weighty aged Reserva, and the strong-arm of the powerful Ribero del Duero.

As always, there will be a thoughtfully created tasting menu to match the wines, pulling on the deep food culture of Spain.

$135 per person, tickets required.

German wine - full of misconception, difficult to interpret labels, confusing sweetness levels AND hard to pronounce! Yet within this country, there is a wealth of incredibly delicious, high quality wine. Both white and red, and not just riesling. To guide us through our tasting, will be Amy Waller, German Wine Ambassador and one of the country’s experts in German wine.

Sharing her knowledge, she will guide us through the wine regions, interpreting the labels and tasting the wines. We will taste sparkling wine to rival Champagne, dry and aromatic riesling, chardonnay and delicious pinot noirs.

Our menu will take in the rich culinary heritage of Germany, as well as some of Lisa’s family recipes that she remembers from her grandparents home. This is sure to be an excellent and interesting dinner.
